Excellent host, provided airport transfers and even took us to a supermarket on a Sunday. Villa had fresh flowers and a welcome gift of bread, wine, and homegrown produce. Good location with car, but not ideal for exploring without one. Great local bar and best poncho nearby. Unique wake-up calls from neighboring cockerels.

The villa's location provided a stunning view of the ocean and Funchal, making it a perfect spot to relax. the hosts were incredibly hospitable, providing welcome flowers, fruits, and homemade wine. the villa was well-equipped and felt like a home away from home. the owners were also very helpful, providing detailed information about local amenities and even assisting with car rental. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great value for money with clean and spacious rooms, offering fantastic views of Funchal Bay. The staff were excellent, providing top-notch hospitality with helpful recommendations and even picking us up from the airport.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider selection.

We had a fantastic three-week stay at Villa Reis. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, with spacious rooms and a stunning view of Funchal Bay. The location was convenient with good access to public transport and two restaurants within walking distance. our experience was exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
